Ingredients for Boneless Chicken Wings

  • teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 3 pounds (1.35 kg) boneless, skinless chicken thigh

  • 3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce

Ingredients for Blue Cheese Dip

  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup light sour cream
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method of Preparation for Boneless Chicken Wings
All the ingredients for marination need to be whisked together in a medium bowl and kept aside. You need to cut each chicken thigh in half. Then place the chicken pieces in a large zip lock bag. Add ½ the marinade to zip lock bag shake gently to coat chicken pieces with marinade. Keep the bag in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours for marination.

Preheat the oven to 400ºF and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. The chicken pieces need to be folded or rolled to form oblong “wings.” Place the boneless chicken wings on baking sheet close together to help them hold their shape. Bake the wings for about 10 minutes, till partially cooked (pink in the center). Preheat a gas grill to medium-high heat. Grill rack should be brushed lightly with oil or sprayed with cooking spray.   • Olive oil or a good vegetable oil
  • White Vinegar 1½ Tablespoons
  • 4 Whole Cloves
  • 3 tablespoons of garlic powder
  • 5 pounds of chicken wings
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of onion powder or fried onion (grind using mixer)
  • A bottle of beer
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of salt to taste
  • 3 Tablespoons Tabasco Sauce

Method of Preparation

  • Take a bowl and mix up the egg with the white vinegar and oil into a nice consistency
  • Add in the cloves onion and garlic with the Tabasco.
  • Add the salt in to taste your dip balance.
  • Keep that aside, and start cutting up your 5 pounds of chicken wings (rinsed well).
  • Cut them between the joint, so that you can have a good helping of many pieces.
  • In a separate bowl, mix in the beer, flour and sesame seeds. The purpose of the beer is that it helps in coating the chicken wings in a nice crunchy batter.
  • Dip in the chicken wings and deep fry one batch at a time, to avoid overcrowding.

  • After that, you can place it in fridge to marinate for a couple of hours, before you set it in the oven.
  • Keep it at a temperate of about 500oF, for about an hour and 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1.5-2 lb chicken breast or tenders, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup low fat buttermilk
  • 1-2 meat coating mix
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter

Method of Preparation
Add the chicken and buttermilk in a large zip lock bag, and allow it to marinate for 1-2 hours. Add the meat coating mix in a shallow container. Remove the extra buttermilk from chicken and place the chicken pieces in the meat coating mix for coating. Once coated, place the chicken pieces on a greased or lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes on one side in a preheated oven of 450ºF. After 10 minutes, use tongs to flip the pieces over to the other side. Bake for another 10 minutes, or till the chicken is cooked and the coat is crispy. In another bowl mix the hot sauce, melted butter and honey together. Use it to serve as a sauce dip with the baked boneless chicken wings.

  • Drained chuck chicken, 2 cans
  • Softened cream cheese, 2 packs
  • Pepper sauce, ¾ cup
  • Shredded cheddar cheese, 1½ cup
  • A bunch of celery

Preparation
Take the chicken and hot sauce and heat them in a skillet over a medium flame. Now add the ranch dressing and the cream cheese. Stir this mixture until it is well cooked. Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Take an 8×8 glass dish, spread the cream cheese in and keep it aside. Heat the shredded chicken in a saucepan on medium flame and add the hot sauce.   • 4 whole chicken breasts, cut in half
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 1 lg. can whole tomatoes & liquid
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp. marjoram leaves
  • 1/3 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 tsp. crushed thyme leaves
  • 4 med. zucchini (sliced 1/2″ thick)
  • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms

INSTRUCTIONS
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste. Heat oil in large skillet. Brown chicken on both sides. Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Remove chicken to large baking dish. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons drippings. To drippings add onion and garlic.
Saute until tender.
Combine cornstarch with 1/4 cup of wine. Stir into skillet. Add tomatoes and liquid. Cook and stir until thick, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in salt, bay leaf, pepper, thyme and crushed marjoram. Add
zucchini. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 3 minutes. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.Meanwhile, rinse, pat dry and slice mushrooms. Add mushrooms and
remaining wine to casserole. Baste with hot liquid, cover and bake until chicken is fork tender, about 20 minutes. Juice may be thickened if you wish. Serve with rice or noodles (preferred). The mushroom chicken recipe is ready to serve,…nice one ! Enjoy !

MUSHROOM CHICKEN RECIPE INGREDIENT:

  • 1 lb. pasta, cooked
  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 5 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 4 c. chicken broth
  • 2 c. light cream
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 4 c. diced chicken, cooked
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

MUSHROOM CHICKEN RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Cook and drain pasta according to package directions. Slice the mushrooms 1/8 of an inch thick and sauté in 2-3 tablespoons of the butter, along with sliced onion, and chopped garlic until lightly browned. Combine the remaining butter with flour and add chicken broth, stirring over low heat until thickened. Add the cream, salt, pepper, sherry, and garlic powder.
Divide the sauce in half. And one half of the chicken meat, and half of the mushrooms and cooked pasta. Butter a casserole dish and turn the pasta mixture into the casserole leaving a well in the center of the pasta.Turn remaining cooked chicken half into the center of the pasta mixture. Top with Parmesan cheese, and bake uncovered at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.

Optional: may also top with butter to breadcrumbs and grated cheddar or American cheese.

  • Dash each salt & pepper
  • 1 skinned & boned chicken breast (3 oz. pounded to 1/4″ thickness)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. butter, divided

  • 1 oz. Gruyere cheese, shredded (can use Swiss)

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine flour, salt and pepper; dredge chicken, coating all sides. In small nonstick skillet heat 1 teaspoon butter over medium heat until bubbly and hot. Add chicken and cook, turning once until golden brown on both sides. Remove and put chicken in a small flame – proof baking
dish; set aside and keep warm.
